Is the course only for LTR properties?
Yes. The course focuses on self-managing Long-Term Rental properties in the US. Airbnb / STR properties are not covered in this program.
I'm not tech-savvy — can I use TurboTenant?
Absolutely. Session 3 is a full live step-by-step demo. If you have internet and a smartphone — you can do this. TurboTenant is designed for property owners, not tech people.
Is it suitable for someone who just bought a property with no tenant yet?
Yes — that's actually the best time. You start with the right system from day one and don't need to undo bad habits later.
What happens after the course?
